Return and Refund Policy

At CyberFox, all products are tested before delivery to ensure proper functionality.

New products include up to 1 year warranty depending on the product type.
Used products include 24 hours testing warranty after delivery.

Customers are responsible for testing the product immediately after receiving it.
We do not accept returns or refunds after the warranty/testing period has passed.

Products physically damaged by the customer, liquid damaged, or modified are not covered by warranty.
